Express Technician

Responsibilities

• Test systems and components for security and functionality.
• Isolate systems or components suspected of causing issues.
• Drive vehicles for testing purposes.
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
• Repair or replace worn parts before they cause breakdowns or damage.
• Use power tools, machine tools, and hand tools to perform various tasks.

Requirements

• Quickly identify problems.
• Have good knowledge of automobiles.
• Show effective analytical and communication skills.
• Be able to read, use computers, and do math.
• Be willing to learn new technologies and repair/service procedures.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Have a technical degree preferred.
• Have ASE certifications preferred.
• Have at least 1 year of experience.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Have a positive, friendly attitude.
