About the role

Responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment. Conducts inspections and repairs to ensure equipment operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their needs
• Document work performed and communicate status updates to supervisors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
