Express Service Representative - Part Time

About the Role

Rydell Auto Center is seeking a Part-Time Express Service Representative to join our growing team in our Oil & Lube department (PDQ). This role serves as a liaison between customers and PDQ Technicians, providing excellent customer service to ensure every customer becomes a customer for life. Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and assess their needs.
• Obtain vehicle and customer information.
• Advise customers on vehicle care and the value of maintenance per manufacturers' specifications.
• Sell services to customers and coordinate service with technicians as needed.
• Explain completed work and all charges to customers.
• Perform cashier duties as assigned.
• Manage a small group of technicians to help them achieve their maximum potential.

Requirements

• Excellent time management: ability to organize and manage tasks at various stages of completion.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to team needs.
• Basic computer and typing proficiency.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test.

Pay

Above-average wage of $18/hour.

Schedule

3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday, and every other Saturday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
