About the role
As an Express Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, diagnosing vehicle issues, and assisting customers in resolving their automotive needs.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair various types of vehicles
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Document work performed and communicate with other departments as necessary
- Ensure vehicles are returned to customers in good working condition
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive repair or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
