Express Lube Technicians

Role Responsibilities

• Complete oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections.
• Check and refill fluids (engine oil, transmission and brake fluid, and coolant).
• Inspect and replace air and cabin filters, and wiper blades.
• Complete battery testing and replacement.
• Execute minor repairs identified during inspections.
• Perform preventative maintenance when required.
• Maintain accurate records of all services accomplished.
• Ensure constant communication with the Service Advisor, the Shop Foreman, and the Parts Department as necessary.
• Adhere and comply with safety and service requirements.
• Maintain a tidy workspace, ensure all equipment is in proper working order, and guarantee the disposal of all hazardous materials and chemicals.

Employee Prerequisites

• Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
• Techician and mechanical operations knowledge/experience is essential.
• Personal equipment/tools are necessary to become proficient and develop with the company.
