Express Care - Advanced Practice Provider (PRN)

About the role

The Advanced Practice Provider will join Carle Health's Express Care Team in the Greater Peoria Region. Clinics are open 365 days per year with hours ranging from 8am-8pm. Candidates must be willing to float to other urgent care and express care locations within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services in accordance with medical standards and protocols
• Perform diagnostic procedures and interpret results
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with patients and families

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
• Current Illinois registered nurse and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure

Qualifications

• Experience in urgent care or similar setting preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage a high volume of patients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Proficiency in electronic health records (Epic)
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, weekdays, and evenings
• Willingness to work holidays as a shared responsibility among the group

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $80/hour.

Schedule

Clinic hours range from 8am-8pm; Express locations are open 365 days per year.
