About the role

The Express Attendant will contribute to the success of Oxford Casino by providing customer service to all guests and team members. They will create a positive experience by delivering prompt service, quality products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. Excellent customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Delivers items ordered by guests.
• Handles cash transactions.
• Uses point-of-sale equipment to enter orders for kitchen personnel and close out checks.
• Operates equipment such as pizza oven, merry chef, and hot dog warmer.
• Acts as a role model for the company and responds to questions positively.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to perform under stressful, demanding situations in small spaces.
• Works in a non-smoking area.
• Uses communication devices such as telephones, bulletin boards, and communication books.
• Engages with guests to maintain strong relations and foster loyalty.
• Maintains confidentiality and security of relevant information.
• Operates within applicable laws and guidelines.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills when working with diverse people and authority levels.
• Multi-tasks effectively.
• Services food orders for internal and external guests.
• Communicates effectively through written, verbal, and non-verbal means.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
• Requires prolonged standing and walking with mobility.
• Involves bending and reaching from ground level to 6 feet.
• Ability to lift, carry, and push items up to 40 pounds, such as food service carts, without hindrance.
• Requires normal hearing, vision, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
• Works in confined spaces, potentially as small as four feet with limited access.

Pay

$16.00–$19.00 per hour
