About the role

Westbound & Down is a brewery specializing in craft beer with deep Colorado roots that aims to infuse The Spirit of the West into everything we create. We pride ourselves in making great beer and keeping the process and overall experience approachable. We got our start when some good friends made a pact to share their pursuit of better food and drink with the world. Westbound & Down Brewing Company is made up of a dynamic team working to provide our community with exceptional service, unique elevated fare, and distinct sophisticated beers. We are looking for tea-oriented individuals that are passionate about becoming the best version of themselves through education, experience, and hard work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food quality and consistency
• Plate and garnish each item according to the culinary team's design
• Protect the quality of the guest experience
• Arrange food items in correct order and to the correct tables
• Assist servers by running food to tables
• Keep inventory of garnish food items prepped and stocked
