As an Expo, you’re the oil that keeps the machine running—managing tickets, controlling the pace, and keeping front and back of house in sync. You make sure every plate is hot, fresh, and made from scratch, from perfect plating to the final touches. By leading the culinary team, maintaining top notch quality, and upholding the highest safety and sanitation standards, you help turn guests into fans for life while delivering consistently great food.
