Explosive Test Site Logistical Support Subject Matter Expert
Responsibilities
This position provides logistics support by forecasting usage rates; establishing initial repair and replacement cost factors; determining test support requirements from customer test objectives; interpreting and evaluating maintenance requirements and operational capabilities of test support construction equipment. The role involves assisting the site manager in monitoring and coordinating the execution of assigned test support construction equipment to test programs, managing the asset hand receipt, vehicle inventory, warehouse inventory and accounting for all test material and supplies required to support the test programs. The position provides technical and management expertise and coordinates test support requirements with the site manager and test teams to ensure all test activities are fully and effectively supported.
- Forecast usage rates and establish initial repair and replacement cost factors
- Determine test support requirements from customer test objectives
- Interpret and evaluate maintenance requirements and operational capabilities of test support construction equipment
- Affirmatively assist the site manager in monitoring and coordinating the execution of assigned test support construction equipment to test programs
- Affirmatively assist the site manager in managing the asset hand receipt, vehicle inventory, and warehouse inventory
- Account for all test material and supplies required to support test programs as needed
- Provide technical and management expertise and coordinate test support requirements with the site manager and test teams
- Affirmatively assist the site manager in maintaining daily accountability of all personnel working at the site
- Design, prepare and implement standard operating procedures covering normal and emergency procedures for support operations
- Affirmatively assist the site manager in managing the construction & demolition landfill
- Understand applicable environmental and safety regulations to maintain compliance with all environmental and safety requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree and 3 years of experience OR Associates degree and 6 years of experience OR High School diploma and 9 years of experience
Forklift Certification up to 40K Manlift 35'-60' training
Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
US Citizenship is required.
Desired Qualifications
Satellite Accumulation Point (SAP) training
Landfill operator certification

Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
