Responsibilities

• Operates a computer interface, a loss-in-weight feeder, and thermocouple thermometer for melts using kettles (5 gal., 50 gal., and 250 gal.).
• Activates and monitors systems associated with Explosive Melt System for all types of explosives.
• Ensures explosives are ready for each pour at the start and end of each day.
• Complies with operation-approved standard operating procedures.
• Captures and analyzes data, prepares and transcribes documents, operates machinery, and performs repetitive tasks.
• Performs pre and post system checks and cleans up as required on all floors.

Qualifications

• High School and/or equivalent education.
• Minimum 6 months experience in operating and monitoring of production equipment.
• Forklift License preferred.
