Responsible for supervising and caring for children in a safe and nurturing environment in Minneapolis, MN (55457). This is a part-time position seeking an experienced, background-checked sitter with verified college enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize age-appropriate activities to promote physical, social, and cognitive development
• Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding child's progress
• Ensure a clean and tidy daycare space
• Observe and document any unusual behavior or incidents
• Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere for children
• Assist with basic needs such as feeding, changing diapers, and nap time
• Follow all daycare policies and regulations
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Collaborate with co-workers to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• A love of working with children
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow directions
• Passion for helping others
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Experience working with children is advantageous
