About the role

Responsible for supervising and caring for children in a safe and nurturing environment. Maintain a clean and tidy daycare space, observe and document any unusual behavior or incidents, and uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize age‑appropriate activities to promote physical, social, and cognitive development.
• Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding the child’s progress.
• Assist with basic needs such as feeding, changing diapers, and nap time.
• Follow all daycare policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with co‑workers to ensure smooth operations.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Requirements

• Experienced sitter (yes).
• Background checked (yes).
• Verified college enrollment (yes).
• Experience working with children is advantageous.

Qualifications

• A love of working with children.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Passion for helping others.

Education

Attending or graduated from college.

Schedule

Part‑time babysitting.
