Responsibilities
- Create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children to learn and play.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities to foster growth in social, cognitive, and physical development.
- Monitor and ensure the safety and well‑being of all children in the daycare.
- Provide nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to any dietary restrictions or allergies.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress.
- Administer basic first aid when necessary and promptly notify parents/guardians about any incidents or accidents.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging manners, sharing, and cooperation among children.
