This position is for an Exploratory Analyst at Maestro. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving strategic insights and value creation in the private equity sector.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough exploratory research on potential investment opportunities. - Analyze financial statements and market trends to identify growth areas. - Collaborate with portfolio companies to understand their strategic needs and challenges. - Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings and recommendations. - Present insights to senior management and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in private equity or related industries. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

- Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques. - Knowledge of private equity investment strategies and processes. - Familiarity with industry-standard research methodologies. - Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information securely.

Pay
