Exploitation Engineer Lead IV

About the role

The Exploitation Engineer Lead IV is responsible for leading and managing a team of experts in the field of cyber exploitation. This individual will develop and execute strategies to identify, analyze, and exploit vulnerabilities in targeted systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced cyber exploitation techniques to support intelligence operations.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate exploitation capabilities into broader operational plans.
• Conduct research on emerging threats and technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
• Train and mentor junior members of the team in cyber exploitation methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in cyber exploitation, with at least 5 years leading a team.
• Proven track record of successful exploitation campaigns and analysis of complex systems.
• Experience with ethical hacking and penetration testing tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think creatively under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid security clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Skills

• Advanced knowledge of network protocols and operating systems.
• Experience with reverse engineering and malware analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and PowerShell.
