Expert Performance Management (m/w/d) Operations Management Office

Responsibilities

• Support and significantly shape the definition of the control concept for consistent and cascaded breakdown of Operations strategy goals.
• Responsibility for the continuous development, expansion, and anchoring of cascaded Operations steering committees to enable early identification of deviations, proactive escalation, and transparent follow-up structures.
• Responsibility for defining and providing reports, KPIs, and templates for Operations steering committees.
• Organize and moderate cross-functional performance reviews at regional and functional levels.
• Responsibility for clarifying, interpreting, and concisely preparing ad-hoc questions related to reports, KPIs, and analyses in the context of "Performance Management."
• Serve as the primary internal Operations contact and coordination point for stakeholder questions regarding "Performance Management."
• Collaborate on defining requirements for master data and tools for self-management with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in Operations, Performance Management, or Controlling, as well as KPI steering, reporting, and data analysis.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• High level of initiative, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial, results-driven thinking.
• Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and experience in moderating committees.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
