Expert Opportunity - VP of Learning and Development ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About the Role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced VPs of Learning and Development who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated materials across core workflows, including:

• New-hire onboarding playbooks
• Training facilitator guides
• Learning curriculum outlines
• Course completion and engagement tracking spreadsheets
• Manager enablement decks
• Skills assessment rubrics

Responsibilities

• Design and refine corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs
• Create and evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Develop engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that meet L&D and people-ops standards

Requirements

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Pay

$70/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule. Start date: ASAP.
