Expert Opportunity - VP of Healthcare Operations ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)
We're partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to identify experienced VPs of healthcare operations who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.
About the role
We're seeking VPs of healthcare operations with 5+ years in hospital or health system operations, care delivery redesign, or healthcare management consulting. In this role, you will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows, including:
- Patient throughput and bed utilization models
- Care pathway and clinical workflow redesign proposals
- Hospital service line performance dashboards
- Payer contract and reimbursement analysis decks
- Staffing ratio and labor cost optimization models
- Quality and patient safety improvement reports
Requirements
- 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign, with direct ownership of patient throughput and service line performance work
- Experience building staffing, reimbursement, or patient throughput models used to brief hospital executives or health system leadership
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
Pay
$100/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote; work on your own schedule. Start date: ASAP.
