Expert Opportunity - Venture Capital Associate ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)
About the role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced venture capital associates who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You’ll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: pitch decks, data room indexes, investor update memos, cap table summaries, term sheet summaries, and LP reports.
Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated pitch decks, data room indexes, investor update memos, cap table summaries, term sheet summaries, and LP reports.
- Apply venture capital expertise to ensure accuracy and professionalism in AI-generated financial and investor-facing documents.
Requirements
- Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for a startup fundraise, venture fund, or LP-facing platform.
- Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and the reporting standards LPs and institutional investors expect.
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in startup fundraising, venture capital, or investor relations.
Pay
$100/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote; work on your own schedule. Start date: ASAP.
