About the role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced transaction services directors who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. We're looking for TS directors with 4+ years at a top advisory firm (e.g. Big 4) to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: quality of earnings report exhibits, databook summary slides, diligence findings decks, working capital analysis pages, and red flag report production.

Requirements
- 4+ years in transaction services / FDD at a top advisory firm (e.g. Big 4)
- Deep expertise in QoE exhibits, findings communication, and report production
- Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Benefits
