Expert Opportunity - Sub-Editor ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)
About the role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced sub-editors who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for sub-editors with 5+ years reviewing, proofing, and quality-checking business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks before executive or client delivery to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows:
- Board-ready slide deck formatting reviews
- Financial model and spreadsheet formula audits
- Executive memo proofing passes
- Brand and template compliance checklists
- Client-facing proposal document reviews
- Cross-document consistency trackers
Requirements
- 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery
- Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) deliverables
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmhip, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
Pay
$70/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule. Start date: ASAP.
