About the Role
We're partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to identify experienced senior program managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows, including:
- Program charter and scope documents
- RAID logs
- Resource capacity planning spreadsheets
- Steering committee status decks
- Milestone and dependency tracking spreadsheets
- Stage-gate review packets
Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate AI-generated professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
- Refine outputs to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with enterprise standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI training data and model performance
Requirements
- 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, RAID logs, and steering committee reporting
- Fluency in building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets that withstand executive and stakeholder scrutiny
- Expert-level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, with strong written communication and attention to detail
Pay
$70/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule.
