Expert Opportunity - Senior Medical Writer ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

About the role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced senior medical writers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You'll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: clinical study reports, protocol synopses, investigator brochures, regulatory dossier modules, medical affairs slide decks, and publication plans.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated clinical study reports, protocol synopses, investigator brochures, regulatory dossier modules, medical affairs slide decks, and publication plans
• Apply deep familiarity with ICH-GCP standards, FDA/EMA regulatory expectations, and scientific rigor required in medical and regulatory documents
• Demonstrate expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, biomedical science, or pharmaceutical/regulatory affairs
• Direct experience authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocol synopses, or regulatory dossier modules for a pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO organization
• Deep familiarity with ICH-GCP standards, FDA/EMA regulatory expectations, and the scientific rigor required in investigator brochures and medical affairs materials
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

$100/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule.
