About the Role
We're partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to identify experienced senior FP&A analysts who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You’ll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across core FP&A workflows, including:
- Rolling forecast models
- Variance bridge decks
- Driver-based operating models
- Board-ready P&L decks
- Monthly flux commentary memos
- Scenario sensitivity models
Responsibilities
- Build, assess, and improve AI-generated financial documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
- Ensure outputs meet professional standards for accuracy, clarity, and presentation
- Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model performance on FP&A-specific tasks
Requirements
- 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, with hands-on experience building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models for a growing company
- Proven track record of producing board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux commentary memos that finance leadership can present without rework
- Expert-level proficiency in document, spreadsheet, and slide creation, with strong written communication and attention to detail
Pay
$100/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote; work on your own schedule.
