Expert Opportunity - People Partner ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)
About the role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced people partners who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You’ll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents across core HR workflows: job descriptions, interview scorecards, offer letters, compensation rationale, HR policy and handbook drafting, performance-review templates, candidate-feedback and rejection communications, and headcount and compensation-band trackers.
Requirements
- 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional
- Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
Pay
$70/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote; work on your own schedule.
