Expert Opportunity - Operations Excellence Manager ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)
About the Role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced operations excellence managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows such as capacity planning models, standard operating procedure playbooks, workflow process maps, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, process improvement business cases, and operational readiness checklists.
Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
- Develop capacity planning models, standard operating procedure playbooks, and workflow process maps
- Design inventory forecasting spreadsheets and process improvement business cases
- Produce operational readiness checklists
Qualifications
- 4+ years in operations management, capacity planning, or continuous process improvement
- Proven track record managing capacity planning models, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, or workflow process maps in a fast-paced operations environment
- Experience authoring standard operating procedure playbooks and process improvement business cases that measurably reduced cost or cycle time
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmhip, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
Pay
$70/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule.
