Expert Opportunity - M&A Director ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced M&A directors who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. We're looking for M&A Directors with 6+ years in investment banking who own client materials end to end to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows:

• Pitch narrative and structure
• Board presentation drafting
• Fairness opinion materials
• Buyer/target positioning pages
• Quality control of analyst-produced decks

Compensation

$100/hour

Commitment

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location

Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Qualifications

• 6+ years in investment banking, currently or recently at Director level or above
• Track record of owning pitch books and board materials for live mandates
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
