Expert Opportunity - Internal Communications Manager ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)
About the role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced internal communications professionals who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. We're looking for internal comms managers with 4+ years producing executive and company-wide presentations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: all-hands and town hall decks, executive talking points with slides, crisis communication materials, internal campaign presentations, and leadership offsite materials. Ethos is a new expert network built by a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind team and backed by world-leading investors like General Catalyst. We connect experts with investors and consultancies for paid expert calls, speaking engagements, and advisory opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for all-hands and town hall decks
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for executive talking points with slides
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for crisis communication materials
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for internal campaign presentations
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for leadership offsite materials
Qualifications
- 4+ years in internal communications at a significant company
- Track record of owning executive-level presentation materials
- Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
Pay
$70/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule. Start date: ASAP.
