Expert Opportunity - Director of Hospital Operations ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced directors of hospital operations who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Patient throughput and bed utilization models
• Care pathway and clinical workflow redesign proposals
• Hospital service line performance dashboards
• Payer contract and reimbursement analysis decks
• Staffing ratio and labor cost optimization models
• Quality and patient safety improvement reports

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign, with direct ownership of patient throughput and service line performance work
• Experience building staffing, reimbursement, or patient throughput models used to brief hospital executives or health system leadership
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

$100/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
