Expert Opportunity - Contracts Attorney ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)
About the Role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced contracts attorneys who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for contracts attorneys with 4+ years reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows:
- Commercial contract redlines
- Due-diligence issue lists and memos
- Clause-risk analyses
- NDA and vendor-agreement review
- Negotiation position summaries
- Obligation and renewal trackers
Requirements
- 4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements
- Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmhip, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
Pay
$100/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
