Expert Opportunity - Client Success Manager ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About the role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced client success managers who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You’ll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: quarterly business review decks, renewal business cases, adoption and value realization exhibits, executive sponsor updates, and success plan presentations.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated quarterly business review decks
• Develop renewal business cases and adoption/value realization exhibits
• Produce executive sponsor updates and success plan presentations

Requirements

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Pay

$70/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote; work on your own schedule.
