Expert Opportunity - Arts Program Director ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About the role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced arts program directors who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for arts program directors with 4+ years working in museums, cultural institutions, arts nonprofits, or humanities scholarship to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: exhibition catalog essays, cultural funding applications, collection provenance spreadsheets, donor briefing decks, public programming outlines, and artist biographical profiles.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Work on core workflows such as exhibition catalog essays, cultural funding applications, collection provenance spreadsheets, donor briefing decks, public programming outlines, and artist biographical profiles

Requirements

• 4+ years working in a museum, gallery, cultural institution, arts nonprofit, or academic humanities setting producing scholarly or public-facing written material
• Demonstrated command of art-historical, literary, or cultural research methods and the ability to translate scholarship into clear, board- or public-ready writing
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Pay

$70/hour

Schedule

• Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
• Fully remote, work on your own schedule
• Start date: ASAP
