Expert Operations Excellence (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Operational Excellence strategy
• Further develop and operationally apply the MAPAL Production System (MPS), including methods, tools, and KPIs
• Conduct training sessions to sustainably establish Lean and Continuous Improvement (KVP) culture
• Participate in change management to successfully implement improvement measures
• Analyze existing processes to identify optimization potential
• Assist in process analyses, audits, and benchmarking
• Introduce digital solutions for automation and efficiency improvements
• Create, document, and maintain process standards and work instructions
• Collaborate on strategic projects (e.g., footprint, process improvements), including responsibility for defined work packages

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in Lean Management, process optimization, production, logistics, or project management
• Strong knowledge of Lean methods, value stream analysis, 5S, and KVP
• High level of self-motivation, analytical thinking, and structured work approach
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
