Tasks and Qualifications
- Complete the design of sophisticated systems that integrate hardware and software
- Complete sophisticated material specification, layout/drawing preparation, and appropriate follow-up
- Recommendations for ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction
- Identify and resolve more complex problems and apply problem-solving skills in dealing with most situations
- Project Engineering and Commissioning at customer sites
- Communicate, train, and work with customers for final system design
- Travels up to 25% to different customer locations/Dematic locations
Tasks and Qualifications
- Advanced degree may be substituted for experience
- Proficient in 3D modeling software and AutoCAD
- Experience in Material Handling/automation industry
- Experience in a Mechanical Engineering position that is project-based (design to installation)
- Strong communication skills/presentation skills
- Able to lead multiple small or mid-sized projects
