Expert AI/ML Analyst

About the role

Weeghman & Briggs is seeking an Expert AI/ML Analyst to support critical government initiatives in Huntsville, AL. The position requires an onsite clearance and a minimum TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
• Analyzes AI/ML systems and subsystems used on weapons platforms
• Identifies uses, vulnerabilities, limitations, performance, accuracy, and robustness
• Develops mathematical models and simulations of AI behavior

Requirements

• Experience supporting government or DoD programs
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML analysis, model evaluation, adversarial AI, statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, simulation, and technical intelligence writing
• Minimum 20 years of experience with a Master's degree related to the labor category
• PREFERRED: Experience supporting MSIC and DIA programs, Agile, cloud, or modernization experience, Background in process improvement or analytical services, Strong knowledge/background in weapons-platform AI, autonomy/counter-autonomy, AI test & evaluation, red teaming, and model robustness

Qualifications

At least a minimum TS clearance is required. No additional qualifications are specified beyond the general experience and education requirements.

Skills

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in AI/ML analysis, model evaluation, adversarial AI, statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, simulation, and technical intelligence writing. They should also have experience working in secure government environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
