Day in the Life

• Wakes up early to ensure success
• Fills truck with supplies from the fully stocked warehouse
• Arrives on time at customer homes for 6-star service
• Gets real-time coaching/support for job needs
• Collects payment from customers
• May spend entire day at first call due to flexibility

Job Duties

• Learns and implements One Hour service system
• Accurately diagnoses HVAC system problems
• Effectively recommends service and repair options
• Performs service, maintenance, and repairs with a low callback ratio
• Manages time and inventory effectively to optimize profitability
• Maintains a clean work area and inspects for cleanliness after each job
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring it is clean inside and out

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HVAC

• Ready to lead the team and support colleagues

Pay

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year with commission and bonuses.
