The Installer assists in performing safe, effective installations following all company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocols while delivering a 5‑star customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
- Travel to the customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
- Remove existing window/door openings, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
- Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse
Pay
Approximate hourly rate: $25–$27 per hour. The range is a good‑faith estimate at the time of posting; final compensation may vary based on background, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.

Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction — or a strong willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Valid smartphone or smart device for two‑factor authentication access to company systems
