Experienced Wholesale Parts Specialist

Responsibilities

• Answer wholesale phone calls and verify parts numbers are correct using customers' VINs and electronic parts catalog systems.
• Generate new wholesale customers by selling Volkswagen, Subaru, Hyundai, and Kia auto parts to independent repair facilities, collision repair shops, automotive dealerships, and internet customers.
• Manage time effectively and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Requirements

• Accurate and precise paperwork skills.
• Prioritize time management and a willingness to assist customers in managing their businesses.
• Automotive dealership parts experience, familiarity with ADP, CDK DMS, and other relevant software (OE Connection, Parts Trader, OPSTRAX, CCC) is beneficial but not required.
