We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We have job description with details: About the role maybe first paragraph? The description includes "This Opportunity ..." then description of role. We'll treat that as About the role. Responsibilities: bullet list of duties: Support and help build environmental project team..., Lead wetland field delineation..., Support biological field surveys..., Serve as lead wetland ecologist..., Exercise responsible..., Perform additional responsibilities... Requirements: maybe required qualifications list. Qualifications: maybe preferred qualifications? But we need to differentiate. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections. We need to decide what goes where. Usually Requirements = required qualifications; Qualifications = preferred qualifications. Skills could be extracted from required qualifications like analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, ability to work remote, driver's license, etc. But we might combine. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we need to check each section. We have content for About the role (prose). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (list of required qualifications). Qualifications (list of preferred qualifications). Skills (maybe we can extract skills from required qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Attention to detail and commitment to quality and professionalism, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Ability to work in remote conditions and independently or as part of a small survey team, Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, Willing to travel, Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by policies). Those could be skills. But we might also put them under Requirements. However we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But they said we can use those headings. We need to decide. We could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including required qualifications), Qualifications (preferred), Benefits, Pay. Skills maybe not needed if we covered in Requirements. But we could still include Skills if we have specific skill list not covered elsewhere. However the required qualifications already list skills; we could move them to Skills section and keep Requirements for education/experience. Let's parse: Required Qualifications bullet list: - Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Biology, Environmental Science, Ecology, or other related field - Three to five (3-5) + years of field experience leading and permitting aquatic resource delineation efforts. - Three to five (3-5) + years prior consulting work, ideally with linear corridor projects, e.g., pipelines and/or electric transmission - Familiarity with the USACE protocols and state-survey requirements for aquatic resources - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and commitment to quality and professionalism - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Must be able to work in remote conditions and independently or as part of a small survey team as needed - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record - Must be willing and able to periodically travel throughout the region with potential travel throughout the U.S. - Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies. Preferred Qualifications bullet list: - Professional Wetland Scientist certification - Functional Assessment experience – i.e, CRAM, ORWAP, MWAM, etc. - Northwest state permitting experience – i.e. Oregon Department of State Lands, Washington Department of Ecology. - Extensive Clean Water Act permitting (Section 404, 401, 408) - Experience in writing and managing the preparation of technical reports or permit applications - Experience organizing and managing complex field survey efforts for transmission line, pipeline, or renewable energy projects. Thus we can have: About the role: prose from first paragraph(s) describing opportunity. Responsibilities: bullet list from "Your Impact" section. Requirements: bullet list of required qualifications (education, experience, etc.) maybe excluding the skill items? But we could keep all. Qualifications: bullet list of preferred qualifications. Skills: maybe we could extract skill items from required qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Attention to detail and commitment to quality and professionalism, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Ability to work in remote conditions and independently or as part of a small survey team, Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, Willing to travel, Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by policies. However those are already in Requirements; if we put them also in Skills we duplicate. Better to put skill items under Skills and keep Requirements for education/experience only. Let's split: Requirements (education/experience): - Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Biology, Environmental Science, Ecology, or other related field - Three to five (3-5) + years of field experience leading and permitting aquatic resource delineation efforts. - Three to five (3-5) + years prior consulting work, ideally with linear corridor projects, e.g., pipelines and/or electric transmission - Familiarity with the USACE protocols and state-survey requirements for aquatic resources Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and commitment to quality and professionalism - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Must be able to work in remote conditions and independently or as part of a small survey team as needed - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record - Must be willing and able to periodically travel throughout the region with potential travel throughout the U.S. - Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies. Qualifications (preferred): as above. Benefits: from WSP Benefits paragraph. Pay: compensation ranges: Expected Salary (all locations): $64,300 - $125,300 and Expected Salary (Colorado only): $73,500 - $117,600. Also note the disclaimer about good faith etc. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can include both ranges and the disclaimer text. However the disclaimer includes "WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes..." etc. That's substantive. We should include it. Schedule: Not mentioned in posting. No schedule info. So we should NOT include Schedule section. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML:
