Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Focus on sophisticated estate planning and gift and estate tax analysis.
- Help some of the world's wealthiest families navigate financial affairs through estate and gift tax planning, collaborating with our team of in-house investment and trust administration professionals.
- Work with ultra-high net worth clients on various sophisticated wealth planning issues, including:
- Developing long-term estate planning strategies
- Drafting estate planning documents
- Advising on lifetime gifts
- Handling estate and trust administration matters
- Aiding family businesses and charitable organizations
Qualifications
- Three (plus) years of experience focusing on sophisticated estate planning and gift and estate tax analysis.
- Excellent professional judgement.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Strong tax and drafting skills.
- Must be proactive, client service-focused, and able to work independently.
- Experience working with ultra-high net worth clients on various sophisticated wealth planning issues.
- Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging generative AI tools to enhance research, drafting, analysis, and overall workflow efficiency, with sound judgment regarding accuracy, confidentiality, and ethical use.
Schedule
The Firm is currently operating in a hybrid model, with the requirement that everyone should be in the office at least four days per week. This schedule is subject to change dependent on Firm, department and client needs, and will be routinely evaluated.
Pay
The anticipated salary range for this role is listed below and represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range for this specific position at the time of posting. The actual offered salary for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to qualifications and prior experience, attorney level placement, external market data, consideration of internal equity, and whether the role is on or off-track.
- $260,000 - $365,000
Schedule
This schedule is subject to change dependent on Firm, department and client needs, and will be routinely evaluated.
