Experienced Warehouse Supervisor- All Shifts

About the role

ID Logistics US is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage their team's workflow, ensuring safety and efficiency through process improvement, target setting, and liaison with senior management. The role involves promoting a safe environment, maintaining customer satisfaction, fostering a positive team atmosphere, and overseeing associate performance.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for the customer's product, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follow established operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
• Provide 100% customer satisfaction.
• Build a positive teamwork environment by listening and communicating with all associates.
• Helps maintain attendance and tardiness records.
• Maintains daily compliance with safety procedures.
• Investigates accidents and prepares reports.
• Provides on-the-job coaching and training needed to ensure associate skills are maintained at desired levels.
• Helps coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for associates and temporary workers, complaints and associate concerns productivity and quality of work.
• Oversee the performance and behaviors of associates.
• Maintain proper Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food grade warehouse.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with some college level study is required.
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suites experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• SCALE experience a plus.
• Inventory experience a plus.
• Third Party Logistics (3PL) experience a plus.
