Experienced Warehouse Associate - 1st shift

Pick, pack and prepare all client finished goods order for shipment

Follow correct procedures to assure orders are picked, checked, packed, tracked, and shipped on time while maintaining accurate client inventory.

Quality checking of picked materials

• Absorb quality checking of picked materials against supplied pick list.
• Select proper cushioning material for packaging.

Packing and labeling

• Proper packaging of items, including making customized boxes, crates, and other shipping containers.
• Proper labeling of outbound orders.

Entering orders into manifesting system

• Enter orders into manifesting system for shipment.

Maintaining accurate client inventory

• Maintain accurate client inventory.
• Replenish pick lines and put away newly received product.
• Assist with cycle counts and location audits as required.
• Notify inventory control of any damaged product found within the facility.

Operate forklift and other material handling equipment

• Operate a forklift and move materials using material handling equipment, including forklift and pallet jacks.

Maintain safe and clean working environment

• Maintain shelves, warehouse aisles, and workstations neat.
• Maintain clean packaging and shipping supply area.

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, 2-3 years previous warehouse experience, Forklift Certified.
• Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years previous warehouse experience, Ability to communicate in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Knowledge and Skills

• Basic Computer Skills.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

None

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Manual dexterity for repetitive work.
• Frequent walking and standing.

Pay Statement

The national pay range for this role is USD $17.00/Hr. - USD $20.00/Hr.

Schedule

Shift Hours: 7:00am - 4:00 pm
