Job Summary

Animal Dermatology Group (ADG) is seeking an experienced Receptionist for their Animal Dermatology Clinic - Louisville. ADG is the largest veterinary dermatology business in the U.S., providing advanced dermatology specialized care to pets with skin conditions.

Duties

• Client service
• Answer phone calls
• Take accurate messages and book appointments
• Maintain charts and computer records
• Pharmacy and retail sales
• Marketing implementation
• Maintenance/housekeeping
• Financial responsibilities

Education and Physical Requirements

• 3 years of veterinary experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have experience working in the public (ie: restaurant, retail or service business)
• Experience in a veterinary hospital or doctor’s office is a plus
• Dependable attendance is required
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• The ability to walk, bend, squat, stand or reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day
