Responsibilities

• Maintain strict risk management discipline.
• Monitor and manage portfolio, actively monitoring hedged leverage exposure.
• Contribute to daily market risk analysis and generate trading ideas.

Requirements

• Highly motivated, self-driven individual with a strong appetite for a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for risk management.
• Team-oriented mentality and a focused, entrepreneurial personality.
• A strong passion for trading and the U.S. stock market.
• Experience trading in a hedge fund or other proprietary trading business.
• Existing licenses desired but not required.

Qualifications

For Prop Equities & Options Traders:

• Licensed with the Securities Industry Essentials Exam and Series 57 (Securities Trader Representative Exam).
• T3 will sponsor all qualified candidates to take the exam(s).
• Paths to trade with our team that do not require licensing are also available.

Schedule

Trading hours are typically 4am-8pm, with support available during this time from trading, finance, accounting, and technology experts.
