Responsibilities
- Maintain strict risk management discipline.
- Monitor and manage portfolio, actively monitoring hedged leverage exposure.
- Contribute to daily market risk analysis and generate trading ideas.
Requirements
- Highly motivated, self-driven individual with a strong appetite for a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for risk management.
- Team-oriented mentality and a focused, entrepreneurial personality.
- A strong passion for trading and the U.S. stock market.
- Experience trading in a hedge fund or other proprietary trading business.
- Existing licenses desired but not required.
Qualifications
For Prop Equities & Options Traders:
- Licensed with the Securities Industry Essentials Exam and Series 57 (Securities Trader Representative Exam).
- T3 will sponsor all qualified candidates to take these exams.
- Paths to trade without licensing are available.
