Responsibilities

• Work side by side with other successful and talented individuals to capitalize on market opportunities
• Develop and implement trading strategies aimed at generating consistent profits while adhering to risk management guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Create and support quantitative models
• Experience with data analysis programming languages (Python is a plus)

Requirements

• Proven track record of profitability as a trader for at least two years
• An attentive, mindful, and focused demeanor
• Proven self-starter
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment, with a focus on teamwork, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Strong communicator who works well with others but also thrives in an entrepreneurial environment

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis programming languages (Python is a plus)

Pay

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position in White Plains, New York is $72,000 to $120,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
