Position Summary

As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will nurture and support toddlers in a safe and stimulating environment, helping them grow through engaging activities and daily music lessons.

Lead Toddler Teacher Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall supervision of a group of children.
  • Implement and create lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Artisan philosophy of education.
  • Follow all EEC regulations and provide a healthy and safe environment.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized classroom.
  • Assess the development of each child and provide annual teacher/parent conferences.
  • Attend mandatory faculty meetings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood or related field.
  • EEC Certified Infant/Toddler Teacher.

Qualifications

  • First Aid Certification (Preferred).
  • EEC Certification (Preferred).
  • Associate's Degree in Early Childhood or related field (Preferred).
  • Early childhood development experience: 1 year (Preferred).

Pay

$42,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year.
