Responsibilities

• Build nurturing relationships with toddlers and their families
• Observe children and plan engaging learning experiences based on their interests
• Create a classroom where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn
• Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and development
• Collaborate with your teaching team
• Reflect on your practice and participate in ongoing professional learning

Requirements

• Experience working with toddlers in an early childhood setting
• Understands child development and developmentally appropriate practice
• Builds authentic relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Communicates openly and enjoys working as part of a team
• Believes every child can grow and succeed
• Is excited to continue learning and growing as an educator

Qualifications

Pay

Starting salary: $42,000–$58,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
