Responsibilities
- Build nurturing relationships with toddlers and their families
- Observe children and plan engaging learning experiences based on their interests
- Create a classroom where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn
- Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and development
- Collaborate with your teaching team
- Reflect on your practice and participate in ongoing professional learning
Requirements
- Experience working with toddlers in an early childhood setting
- Understands child development and developmentally appropriate practice
- Builds authentic relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Communicates openly and enjoys working as part of a team
- Believes every child can grow and succeed
- Is excited to continue learning and growing as an educator
Qualifications

- Experienced toddler teachers
- CDA candidates

Pay
Starting salary: $42,000–$58,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
