Responsibilities

• Build nurturing relationships with toddlers and their families.
• Observe children and plan engaging learning experiences based on their interests.
• Create a classroom where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn.
• Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and development.
• Collaborate with your teaching team.
• Reflect on your practice and participate in ongoing professional learning.

Qualifications

• Experience working with toddlers in an early childhood setting.
• Understands child development and developmentally appropriate practice.
• Builds authentic relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Communicates openly and enjoys working as part of a team.
• Believes every child can grow and succeed.
• Excited to continue learning and growing as an educator.
